We offer technical training in the fields of construction and modern architecture. The exact content can be found in the course description. Changes for didactic reasons remain reserved.
A contract is concluded through your registration and our written confirmation. For online bookings, you will receive a confirmation by email at info@realimpactwindows.com.
The course fee is due before the course starts. Payments are made by bank transfer or credit card. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to block access.
You can cancel your booking within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins upon receipt of the confirmation. For courses already used, a partial refund will be made.
We are only liable for intent and gross negligence. We assume no liability for indirect damages or lost profits. Participation in practical exercises is at your own risk.
We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. Disclosure to third parties only occurs for contract fulfillment or on a legal basis.
All course materials are protected by copyright. Reproduction or distribution without our consent is prohibited. Violations may be prosecuted.
In the event of a violation of these terms, we may block access to our services without notice. Termination of the contractual relationship requires written form.
We reserve the right to change these terms with effect for the future. We will inform you of significant changes by email to the address you provided.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Place of performance and jurisdiction is the registered office of BauTech GmbH at Grimmplatz 69. Should a provision be invalid, the contract remains otherwise valid.
